The Sea Moss is fresh and wonderful. It's very easy to make into a gel form. I could instantly tell my body has been missing these vital minerals. I made a mango Seamoss gel. I eat 2 tablespoons at dawn and before bed. It's very hard not to eat the entire jar in one setting. It's just that good! It reminds me of applesauce but the real Applesauce without artificial flavors and sugars. I immediately felt the difference. I'll be purchasing more. Thanks
