Grand rising all. I wanted to start off by saying that I ordered from Bolingo balance back in August. I began taking the maroon and Lonnie tonic with soursop leaves tea. I noticed that inflammation in my knee started to dissipate and my sugar levels started to go down as well. Then I started the elderberry boost, iron pills along with the alkaline diet. You must follow that! unfortunately it doesnāt allow me to show more than five pictures, but my levels are starting to be under control. Iām going to see if I can attach more pictures. You will see some days. It might be just a little spiked higher than maybe another day. Thatās because I started juicing my fruit natural sugars will make it elevate a little more. Blessings šš½š„°
