Great tea
It as a natural sweet aroma to it and isn't as bitter as say the Blood Food tea. It relaxes and promotes mucus to come out.

Work well when taken be consistent
I RARELY get sick however, wouldnāt you know it, the day after I received my respiratory herbs, I got that little tickle in my throat. These herbs definitely minimized the effects of the cold which last roughly 3 days however I was never sick to the point I had difficulty functioning which is definitely a blessing!
