background: I am 2 weeks into taking this product and I am astounded at its efficiency. I have been taking it as directed, 3 capsules a day with my evening alkaline meal. (Maybe some spread it throughout the day, I donāt.) Iāve been on an alkaline diet for 1 year and 4 months. At first I just intended to be open to the product not knowing how quickly/well it would work because I struggle with what I believe is IBS. I bought the cell energizer and the Sagrada together thinking it would maximize effectiveness.. turns out I didnāt even need to take them simultaneously! (Definitely still will and have started to now, though). 2 days into taking the product and I noticed a lot of gas releasing, from both ends, and taking complete bowel movements multiple times a day. That was good, but itās the fact that those results lasted that really makes this herb so good. About a week in for me and things started to level out. Iām waking up and taking full bowel movements, my stomach is feeling fantastic, colon is feeling clear. What made me want to and honestly know I needed to try this product was my bloating. Even on days I had the most minimal bloating I knew something didnāt feel all the way right. I would settle for others āyou look goodā comments thinking it was in my head. It was definitely not. Nothing beats the feeling of clarity, physically and mentally!
This product works very well for me, I started buying it from Bolingo because I find the one from Dr. Sebi Cell Food in the LA office makes me constipated, when it should be the other way around, the first time I bought it it worked, so far all the other minerals are excellent, but their cleanse don't make me move my bowel anymore.
