All I can say is AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING! I feel so, good! The sluggishness, joint pains has subsided. After having Covid more than once I definitely felt off and knew my immune system was too! This is my first time using the tea and it's only been about one week. It has a nice mild flavor and tint of sweetness to it. I'd like to point out that the instructions says to steep 1 and half tablespoon of the herbs. But perhaps the herbs should have been grinded up or blended? Just hard to measure the way it comes.
