This is my second bottle. You really need to stick to a strict diet fir maximum benefits. Stop smoking cigarettes and do cardio and burn the fat while eating and drinking spring water this capsul really works. I noticed my gums lighten up after the first bottle. I lowered my borderline diabetes to no diabetes at all. My skin and hair are doing wonderful. I was dry and brittle before taking these. I will order again.
I think this is a miracle in a bottle if you suffer from kidney disease. It helps detox the kidneys. I believe since I started taking this along with bolingo balance herbs, it helped me get out of stage 3 CKD. I am now in stage 2. 41 pts to 62, doctor was amazed.
I self-catheterize, so UTIs are a constant battle for me. I hate taking antibiotics all the time and wanted to try something more holistic.
